Our Football Summer Conditioning Program will be led by Vista Jr. Eagles, Junior Midget Assistant Coach Marcus, who put together a great opportunity for athletes to get extra work in before the season begins. These sessions are designed to help athletes improve their conditioning, footwork, agility, and overall football readiness before practices begin on July 20th. This program is completely optional, but highly encouraged.
